Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, other than licentiate qualifications. Candidates whose qualification falls under Part-II of the Third Schedule must fulfil the conditions prescribed under the Act.
Candidates must also have completed the compulsory rotating internship.
A postgraduate medical degree or diploma and other prescribed qualifications are desirable, but candidates must satisfy the essential qualification requirements stated in the official advertisement.
