Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, or a Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level. In addition, a full-time Diploma in Translation of at least one year from a recognised university or institute is required.
Experience
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English. Experience in a Government, Semi-Government, Railway organisation, PSU or autonomous body is preferred.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the Manager/Rajbhasha post is 37 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules and the conditions specified by IRCON.
Salary
The Manager/Rajbhasha post carries an IDA pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, along with applicable allowances, performance-related pay and other benefits as per IRCON rules.
